How to use bee pollen? Here’s a very quick recipe that is easy on the eyes as well as hips!
- 1 banana
- 30 g dark chocolate
- 2 tsp bee pollen
- 2 tsp almond flakes
- 1 tsp sprinkles
- Cut the banana, width-wise, into half.
- Stick a popsicle stick into one end of each halves.
- Place them in a freezer.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, until smooth.
- Dip the bananas into the chocolate and immediately sprinkle the bee pollen, almond flakes and sprinkles.
- Place back in the freezer to set.
- Remove when ready to eat.
