This is a delicious eggless orange cake adapted from Bakesalot Lady – a great instagram profile and blog to follow with the most beautiful images I’ve ever seen! I was researching eggless pound for a client and remembered this talented young lady that I’ve always admired. I went and found this recipe that she shared, which I adapted into an orange loaf. I also added a pinch of cardamom, because, really what is life without a bit of spice?
