I spent some time at a wellness resort and one of the drinks I discovered was this delicious juice which was called an anti-inflammatory drink. I am perhaps the most difficult person when it comes to healthy foods and options. Taste always comes first, cravings come second, health quotient comes rarely. So when I heard this is what I was being served, I balked and cringed and tried everything possible to not have it, but after being forced through the first few sips, I willingly gulped down the rest.
This combination not only helps fight inflammation but the properties aid in weight loss, boosting metabolism and immunity.

The Recipe

Ingredients
- 100g pineapple slices
- 6-8 slices of cucumber
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the pineapple and cucumber in the juicing machine.
- Add in the honey, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger juice and use a whisk to combine.
