Decades ago, I spent holidays in my father’s office, pretending to read through financial newspapers, when I read an article on Britannia. I promptly declared that ‘I want to buy stock in Britannia’! Pappa asked me why, and my logical answer was, “they make cake – how can anyone go wrong making cake?”
Today, 25 years later, I am proud, humbled and truly excited to be a part of the Britannia Dessert Carnival series with India Food Network! This campaign has let me do what I do best – make cake! I have ten recipes under this campaign that are all simple and easy desserts that is ideal for the non-cook, men trying to woo their women or for people who are as hungry as me!
